The Ginyu Force arrives in Dragon Ball The Breakers introducing brand new gameplay mechanics for more fun and excitement. Let us introduce the Ginyu Force and their extraordinary teamwork abilities.

The way Ginyu Force evolves is slightly different than the other Raiders.

For starters, Ginyu Force has a passive skill that allows the evolution gauge to build over time, so even if you do not successfully find citizens or Survivors, you can still evolve. Characters at each evolution stage will move to the next evolution even if they are defeated by the survivors.

However, if you succeed in evolving without being defeated (successful switch-out) the character from the previous evolution will assist you in different ways. The support coming from a successful evolution will be carried over to all evolution levels!

This means that if you reach the last transformation level, Captain Ginyu, without ever being defeated you will be able to receive support from all the other Ginyu Force members. In addition, when you reach Raider Level 4 Ginyu will receive a boost his stats based on the members who were not defeated.

A successful switch-out of Guldo will boost Captain Ginyu’s Health, a successful switch-out of Recoome will boost damage and a successful switch-out of Jeice & Burter will boost movement speed.

guldo

1st Form: Guldo

The first member of the Ginyu force has skills and super attacks that can halt the movements of Survivors, such as “Time Freeze” and “Paralysis”. Using these skills will help you down survivors more easily.

Successful Switch Out Bonus: Guldo will patrol the map on his own, reporting the location of Survivors he finds and using his Time Freeze to stop them briefly. Guldo can also interrupt the Super Attacks of a Survivor, but only once.

recoome

2nd Form: Recoome

Recoome is the the most robust member of the Ginyu force has powerful close-range attacks and Super-Attack. While controlling Recoome you can use a scouter that will make the research of Survivors easier than while playing Guldo.

Successful Switch Out Bonus: Recoome will support close range attacks that you perform, increasing the overall damage. Like Guldo, Recoome can also interrupt the Super Attacks of a Survivor, but only once.

Jeice-and-Burter

3rd Form: Jeice & Burter

The Player will control Jeice, and Burter will assist you when you attack a Survivor. The Ginyu force duo can perform Super-Attacks together, meaning that they can sweep away a group of Survivors at once.

Successful Switch Out Bonus: Jeice and Burter will power up Captain Ginyu’s Super Attack, “Milky Cannon,” which can now cover a wider range.

Ginyu

4th Form: Ginyu

When controlling Ginyu, you can use his emblematic Super-Attack: “Body Change”. When used, Ginyu will transform into the Survivor’s Dragon Change Transformation at level 4.

The Survivor whose body is taken will be downed and their Dragon Change level will be reduced to level 1. In addition, their level 3 Transphere will be changed into Ginyu.

Goten (Super Saiyan):

“Young Talent” : The skill increases the damage you take, but prevents staggering or being blown away during a dodge while you’re Dragon Changed.  It can be a powerful strategy where you can become a persistent obstacle for the Raider.
