The Dark Pictures Anthology: House of Ashes - Patch 1.04 is live on all platforms!

This update to House of Ashes implements stability fixes in all game modes, including Shared Story, and fixes a block caused by non-playable characters in "Enemy of My Enemy”.

We are actively working on the following known issues:

Endless loading screen in “The Horror”,
Missing levels in Scene Selection,
Game freezes in “Daylight”,
An endless loading screen in “The Temple” when in multiplayer mode.

An upcoming patch is in progress to fix these issues.

We are aware of some users experiencing network connection issues on PlayStation in multiplayer mode. We're actively looking into a solution for this. If you are experiencing an issue not listed above, please contact our support teams to help us fix it for all players:
