Based on the original anime, SWORD ART ONLINE: ALICIZATION LYCORIS embraces the medieval-fantasy world of the Alicization canon – with players able to wield great swords, meet knights and come face-to-face with mythical creatures.
You can now play the First Chapter of the game until “Extracurricular Lessons” for free on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
After reaching the end of the trial, players will be able to upgrade their trial version into the full version and continue the adventure!

Playable areas
In the trial version, the player will be able to play up to part of Chapter 1, up until “Extracurricular Lessons”. After reaching the limit of the playable story, a pop-up will show stating that the player has reached the limit of the trial version. After interacting with a save point after the message shows up, a link to the store will be shown on screen, and players will be able to upgrade their trial version to a product version.
