Interview with Coralie Feniello, Little Nightmares III Producer.
1. How would you introduce the game in a few words?
Little Nightmares III is the brand-new entry in the world of Little Nightmares. The game will release in 2024 and support both online co-op for two players and single player.
You will follow the journey of Low and Alone, two children seeking their way out of the Nowhere, a nightmarish world filled with frightening inhabitants.
Trapped within the Spiral, a cluster of disturbing places, the two friends will have to work together to survive.
They will try to escape an even greater threat making them face their own delusions.
2. Can you tell us more about the two new characters?
Little Nightmares III follows the journey of Low & Alone.
Low is one of the few children who has never lost hope. He has lived in The Spiral for many years obsessed with reaching a mythical place, where he believes he will find a gateway leading home.
Alone’s character is a curious, incurable tinkerer who can’t help following the secrets of The Spiral to their source. Alone is Low’s best friend.
They will have to work together to survive in this dangerous world.
3. Can you tell us more about the setting for this new game?”
The players will go through the Spiral which is composed of several different locations.
Each has their own story, enemies, and atmosphere that we can’t wait for the players to discover. You already have a glimpse of these places in the trailer for those of you who can’t wait.
The Spiral is a place full of delusions that they will have to face in order to try to escape from the Nowhere.
4. A few words about the Monster Baby?
Monster Baby is one of the new Residents of Little Nightmares III.
Players will have to escape from her in The Necropolis, the first chapter of the game. Her size, clumsiness and curiosity might become a danger for the players.
She might also have something to do with what happened to the Necropolis and the people that used to live there…
5. Can you tell us more about the co-op mode? How will it work?
In Little Nightmares III you will be able to play online with a friend. Each one of you will play one of the characters, Low & Alone.
You will have to work together to solve puzzles, find you way and survive the Spiral.
6. Is Little Nightmares III a sequel to Little Nightmares II?
Little Nightmares III is a brand-new story set in the universe of Little Nightmares with its original characters and environments.
Players don’t need to have played Little Nightmares 1 or 2 to be able to enjoy Little Nightmares III –
However, veterans of the series might be able to find some nods linked to the previous games.
7. What’s the story behind the podcast?
The podcast: The Sounds of Nightmares tells the story of Noone, a young girl, who is committed to The Counties Psychiatric Institute due to her ever-worsening nightmare disorder.
She is placed under the care of Otto, The Counsellor, who has dedicated his life to helping kids.
As Noone recounts her nightly torments during their sessions, Otto will get desperate to find out what secrets hide inside Noone’s head.

Little Nightmares III will release on PS5 & PS4, Xbox Series X|S & Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC in 2024.
