Hannah brings Jaden and Neeka with her towards Paris and drops a bombshell that changes Jaden's life. Vincent takes advantage of the boost Leap Day gives him to terrorize their train as it passes through Terminals.

Struggling to keep himself and Neeka afloat in frigid water, Jaden fully enters the Fold for the first time. Meanwhile, Vincent continues his chaotic rampage, putting Hannah and her team in danger.

Issue #9

As the merginig process between Jaden and Vincent runs, Vincent recounts his early days as an LYS member, his first contact with a being deep within the Fold, and the breaking point that fractured the Leap Year and establishing Vicnent as the leader of the Ascendants. Hannah and Neeka daringly locate Jaden, hoping to stop the process, but are they in time or not?

Issue #10

Duped by Vincent, Jaden is un-tethered and in the Fold while Hannah and Neeka are locked up under Ascendant control with an unlikely cellmate - Hannah’s mother. Betrayal is hard to forgive, but mutual survival wins out as the women seek to escape the Ascendants and stay on the trail of Vincent while he tracks down an old friend seeking the same long lost entity he is.

Issue #11

Lost to the shock of losing her mother, Hannah relies on Neeka to guide them towards safety, tracking Vincent and reconnecting with the LYS. Jaden, having learned a few tricks in the Fold from the elusive Dr. Matos, reaches out to his oldest friends with hopes of stoping Vincent, once and for all.

Issue #12

One step ahead, Jaden and company set a trap for Vincent, but when he discovers a weapon from his past, the plan takes a violent turn. Calling on the new Umbric abilities learned, Jaden fights Vincent for control of his body once and for all. When the dust settles on this final confrontation there are no clear winners, only varying degrees of Torment for all involved.
