The Closed Network test will take place from July 21st 10:00AM until July 24th 09:00AM CEST on PlayStation®5 and from July 28th 10:00AM until July 31st 09:00AM CEST on PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam®.

Selection is based on a first come, first served rule, so hurry up and register!

 

Lucky participating players will experience our new battle system through online Versus (Rank matching, up to Rank 10) supporting cross-platform matching.

 

Based on previous closed alpha tests ran back in March, the following changes have been implemented to improve game experience by making it simpler to engage in aggressive tactics using our new ‘Heat’ battle system: 

  • ‘Heat Energy’ is going to be removed;
  • Upper limit (Heat activation time) of ‘Heat Timer’ will be changed depending on how Heat is activated;
  • ‘Heat Smash’ command will be standardized for all playable characters. 

 

That’s not all! For the very first time you will be able to pick from a selection of 16 characters!

And don’t worry! Console players (PlayStation® 5 & Xbox Series X|S), won’t need any paying subscription services (PlayStation Plus on PlayStation®5 or Xbox Live Gold on Xbox Series X|S) to play the Closed Network Test online! 

 

You will receive a notification in your e-mail whether you get a code or not, in two batches:

  • The first batch will be on July 19th 9:00AM CEST (start of the pre-download period) for PlayStation® 5 players.  
  • The second will be on July 26th 9:00AM CEST (start of the pre-download period) for Xbox Series S|X and Steam® players.  

 

N.B.: PlayStation® 5 players will be allowed to play the network test twice, during the PlayStation® 5 only session and the all-platforms session the week after)

Code Activation/Availability 

Please make sure the game is distributed in your country and covered by Bandai Namco Europe S.A.S before registering for a code. 

 

Age rating: You must be at least 16 years old to participate in the Closed Network Test. 

 

Internet Connection Requirement: A broadband Internet connection is required.
