1. GAME OVERVIEW
SYNDUALITY Echo of Ada is a TPS shooting game set in 2222. You pilot a mecha called CRADLECOFFIN to gather resources from a dangerous Earth. As a Drifter, you battle enemies and alternate between cooperation and competition with other players to collect supplies for humanity.
However, you are not alone.
You’re accompanied by Magus, a humanoid partner who analyzes your play data and offers optimization advice, making your journey across this harsh world unique and exciting.
2. ONLINE RAID – Main Mode
PvPvE Online Raid Mode:
- Embark on Sorties to complete requests and collect resources, which can be used for buying or crafting equipment and upgrading the garage. Be cautious, as wrecking before escaping means losing all equipment and resources.
- On the surface, you face Bandits, Enders, and other players. You can cooperate or compete with them, but they might steal your items after defeating enemies. Survival strategies are up to each player.
Maps
The surface is divided into the Northern Zone (PvE for beginners) and the Southern Zone (harsh PvP area). Access to the Southern Zone is unlocked by progressing through the game
3. Gameplay
On the surface, you face Bandits, Enders, and other players. You can choose to be an Association Member, cooperating with others to collect resources, or a Bounty Targets, defeating players and stealing their items. Survival strategies are up to you.
4. Magus
Your partner, a Human Duality Cognitive Android known as Magus, supports both exploration and daily life by studying your actions and providing advice based on your play style.
At the beginning of the game, you can select one of four available Magus types as your AI partner. As you progress, you can acquire multiple Magi, but you must choose one to accompany you on each Sortie.
Customization:
- Choose appearance, personality, and system
- Modify makeup and hairstyle anytime
- Use a Remake Ticket to change personality and appearance.
- Customize with costumes like the School Uniform (Deluxe & Ultimate Editions) and School Uniform (Purple) (Ultimate Edition).

5. Craddlecoffin
Designed for harsh conditions and combat against Enders, your CRADLECOFFIN shows its true capabilities with you and your Magus on board. Each unit has customizable specs to match your exploration goals. You can also develop new weapons and parts by renovating and upgrading your garage.
Different CRADLECOFFINs have unique characteristics, and crafting parts vary based on whether you are an Association Member or a Bounty Target.
Customization Factors:
- Durability (HP): Higher HP is advantageous in battles.
- Battery: Larger batteries allow longer surface activity.
- Cargo Capacity: Larger capacity means more supplies and resources can be carried.

6. Weapon Types
There are two main types of weapons: Live Ammunition and Energy Ammunition. Weapons vary by range, bullet reserve, power, and rate of fire. Understanding these characteristics is key to successful Sorties.
a. Ammunition
- Live Ammunition: Affected by gravity, making long-distance shots harder but more powerful against CRADLECOFFINs.
- Weapons and ammunition must match in type.
b. Weapon
Saving money and collecting materials will increase the number of weapons you can buy or craft.
Season 1 weapons:
c. Usage
- Items wear out and can break, causing disadvantages:
- Body: Increase to damage received
- Arm & Leg: The sound of movement becomes louder and the risk of being detected by the enemy increases.
- Weapons: A certain rate of jamming occurs when shooting.
- Repairs can restore functionality, but items have a limited lifespan and will eventually become unrepairable. All items are consumables.
7. Garage
You will begin your life as a Drifter in a dilapidated garage, but you can remodel it and upgrade it by working together with your Magus and using the resources you collected during Sorties.
The Garage serves as the Drifters’ base of operations and living quarters. Besides being as a living space for you and your Magus, the garage also houses several facilities:
- a Shop to buy equipment for your unit and weapons,
- a Wardrobe for your Magus to change clothes at any time,
- a Craft Station to build items and equipment.
