Today, I’d like to introduce some of the defining elements of the Super Robot Wars series.
To begin with, "Super Robot Wars" is a dream game where units and pilots from the beloved series collide to battle their mutual foes.
In this SPRG series you will command your own squad composed of well-trained units to conquer various missions.
As you just saw in the video, there are stunning battle animations for all the different units.
Upgrade your units and train your pilots with credits and resources you earn after every mission.
The core experience of Super Robot Wars lies in strategically investing training resources into your favorite units and watching them excel on the battlefield.
Another hallmark of Super Robot Wars is the unique setting that brings together units and characters from various titles.
After exploring the narrative in the adventure segments of the game, players transition into the simulation phase, where strategic gameplay deepens their immersion in the story.
There is also a new feature in this title called the "Assist Link."
"Assist Link" enables non-pilot characters to support the player during battles by providing assistance from behind the front line
By consuming “Assist Counts,” which can be obtained by taking down enemies, you can gain various effects from the assist crew that will give you an advantage in battle.
Assist crew members rank up based on their participation in stages and frequency of use, enhancing their effectiveness in battle.
The key mechanic is simple: the more you use them, the stronger they become.
In earlier entries of the series, upgrade mechanics were primarily focused on combat units such as units and pilots.
