Rebalanced Ninjutsu/Secret Technique Ninjutsu!
Ninjutsu and Secret Technique Ninjutsu have been rebalanced to give players more options and encourage a wider variety of Ninjutsu to be used.

■ Sage Art: Wind Style Rasen Shuriken!
- Increased damage dealt to enemies.
■ Flying Raijin Jutsu
- Now temporarily boosts close-range attack power immediately after placing the kunai.
- Removed movement speed boost effect after placing the kunai.
■ Wood Style: Laughing Buddha Jutsu
- Now reduces enemy's movement speed when it lands.

- Increased damage dealt to enemies.
