MY HERO ULTRA RUMBLE - About the adjustments made in the 9/16/2026 maintenance

Through our maintenance update on 9/16/2026, we made the following changes.

Battle Style Adjustments

Ochaco Uraraka (Original)

• Quirk Skill α "Zodiac Wire"

  • Increased ammo count from level 4 
  • Decreased single-shot reload speed from level 4
  • Increased cooldown time until reload

Reason for adjustments:

Several adjustments have been made with the aim of improving the Battle Style's mobility for ease of use. To balance the increased ammunition count, reload speed has been adjusted.

Momo Yaoyorozu (Original)

• Quirk Skill α "Create: Strike and Stop"

  • Increased ammo count at levels 4 and 9

Reason for adjustments:

Momo Yaoyorozu (Original) is a Battle Style that often involves close-range combat due to the composition of her skills.

Several adjustments have been made to improve usability in close-range combat, allowing the Battle Style to be more effective indoors and in the later stages of battle where the Safe Area is smaller.

Endeavor (Flashfire Fist)

• Quirk Skill β "Vanishing Storm"

  • Increased reload speed

• Quirk Skill γ "Prominence Nova"

  • Increased reload speed

Reason for adjustments:

Adjustments were made to improve ease of use, as there were many situations where players had no choice but to fight using only the Battle Style's Quirk Skill α.

Nejire Hado (Original)

• Quirk Skill γ "Spiraling Surf"

  • Increased damage
  • Increased reload speed

Reason for adjustments:

By adjusting Quirk Skill γ we were able to further enhance the strengths of Nejire Hado (Original), who primarily attacks from midair.

Mirko (Original)

• Aerial Melee Attack

  • Increased damage
• Quirk Skill β "Luna Arc"
  • Increased damage

Reason for adjustments:

Given the increasing number of characters specializing in long-range combat, this adjustment aims to increase the damage Mirko (Original) inflicts per combo, increasing the character's advantage when fighting at close range.

Tomura Shigaraki (Catastrophe)

• Quirk Skill β "Grudge Shoot"

  • Increased shockwave damage

• Quirk Skill γ "Catastrophe"

  • Increased single-shot reload speed

Reason for adjustments:

Across all platforms, the average survival time for Assault Battle Styles tends to be low. This adjustment aims to increase the rotation rate of skills that can be used for movement, while also dealing damage.

Present Mic (Original)

• Quirk Skill α "Shouting Voice"

  • Reduced damage

• Quirk Skill β "Loud Voice"

  • Reduced damage

• Special Action "Radio Noise"

  • Reduced damage from sound waves emitted by radio

Reason for adjustments:

From Season 17, both average damage and average K.O. counts for this Battle Style have been significantly higher compared to others, as it was possible to inflict large amounts of damage in a short time by combining skills with a Special Action. These adjustments aim to mitigate this.

Armored All Might (Original)

• Reduced HP to 300

• Quirk Skill α (Derivative) "Flame Bullet Shot"

  • Reduced damage
  • Reduced reload speed

• Special Action "Thruster Uravity / Thruster Ingenium"

  • Reduced reload speed after gauge is depleted

Reason for adjustments:

We observed a tendency for higher damage, K.O. ratio, and win rates for this Battle Style in Expert Rank and above. To improve balance with other Battle Styles, adjustments were made to reduce disparity by lowering maximum HP and reload speed after using a Special Action.

Adjustments were also made to Quirk Skill α (Derivative), which is a main source of damage.

Overhaul (Original)

• Quirk Skill γ "Coffin of Absolute Shackles"

  • Reduced damage

Reason for adjustments:

At the start of Season 18, adjustments were implemented to make all skills easier to land. However, we noticed that this Battle Style tended to deal the highest damage at Expert Rank and above compared to others. Adjustments have been made to Quirk Skill γ, which is often used as a combo-starter, with the aim of reducing instantaneous firepower while maintaining the same play feel.

Nejire Hado (Fairy)

• Reduced HP to 250

• Quirk Skill β "Spiraling Fairy"

  • Reduced damage

Reason for adjustments:

Since its introduction in Season 15, for over six months this Battle Style has maintained the highest win rate compared to others. Taking into account its ability to grant additional health to itself and allies, we have slightly mitigated survivability by reducing HP and the damage of Quirk Skill β to limit offensive output while retaining its strength as a support that heals allies.

Special T.U.N.I.N.G. Skill Adjustments

Critical Permeation

• Reduced effect duration from level 6
• Increased cooldown time

Area Reduction

• Reduced effect duration from level 7
