We have confirmed that some users of the Steam® version and Windows PC version are experiencing errors when launching the game or during online matches in certain environments.

This issue may be caused by automatically generated cache files

Please try the steps below, as they may resolve the problem.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. If Dragon Ball FighterZ is currently running, please close the game.

2. Press Windows Key + R at the same time to open Run.

3. Copy and paste the following into the text field, then click OK:

%AppData%\EasyAntiCheat\183

4. Select all files in the folder that opens and delete them.

5. Restart your PC and check whether the issue has been resolved.

Note: Deleting these files will not affect your save data or game settings.
