As with future seasons, at the start of each season, your rank will be partially reset based on your rank from the previous season, and you will begin from a designated rank. Furthermore, a win streak bonus will be implemented, granting up to a 2x bonus to the amount of Rank Points earned.
Season 1 is scheduled to last approximately three months. Titles will be awarded as Ranked Match rewards based on your final rank at the end of the season, so we encourage you to aim for the highest rank possible!
In addition to the introduction of the seasonal system, we have also implemented some balance adjustments.
In DP Battles, we have revised the compensation based on DP difference to make the strength difference more noticeable and reflective of DP values.
On the other hand, based on your feedback and actual gameplay data, we have removed damage compensation based on DP and standardized character health in Single Battles, allowing players to enjoy a wider variety of characters.
