About Issues Occurring on DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS

Thank you for playing DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS.

We have confirmed that the following issue is currently affecting the game.

▼ Issues on long matching

In order to play this game comfortably in an online environment, we recommend that you play this game with a NAT type of Open/1 or Moderate/2 to ensure a comfortable online experience.

Please note that if your NAT type is set to Strict/3, there is a possibility that you may not be matched properly.

*NAT type may vary depending on the PC model.

If the matching time is long in spite of Open/1 or Moderate/2, you may be experiencing one of the following problems:

1. When a specific player cancels the matching, the matching speed at which the number of players in the remaining rooms slows down.

2. In rare cases, the UI display disappears when a player cancels a match.

　→ When you encounter this problem, please restart the game to resolve the issue.

3. Under certain conditions, the number of players does not increase from 1/8.

　→ If this problem persists for more than 3 minutes, please cancel the matching, leave out the room and try matching again.

In regards of the above issues, we will continue to improve the environment in order to provide comfortable gaming play.

▼ Issue linking with DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 Account

In DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS, the BREAKERS POINTS that Oolong will tell you about when you talk to him at the base are not currently active, meaning they will not properly earn you rewards in DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2.

This issue is planned to be resolved with the following updates.

• Late October – November: Following an update for DRAGON BALL: THE BREAKERS, points earned from November 16 and onward will be active.

• Late November – December: Following an update for DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2, players will be sent rewards in XENOVERSE 2 for the points mentioned above they collected in THE BREAKERS.

Notes

*Please note that any BREAKERS POINTS currently being displayed are not active.

*The date from which earned points are scheduled to become active may change due to the timing of the update.

*Your game will be linked with DRAGON BALL XENOVERSE 2 if you have save data from both games on the same platform.

*Games cannot be linked across different platforms.

*For PlayStation®4 players, games can only be linked if they are versions being sold in the same region.
