New Role: Kira's Spokesperson
The new Kira's Spokesperson role can be set to replace a former Kira Follower. His ability let the player place a "Kira's Kingdom Card" on a nearby Investigator in secret.
*Up to 2 cards can be placed per day by default, but this can be adjusted by room settings.
An Investigator arrested after being given a Kira's Kingdom Card will be detained as a collaborator, removing them from subsequent investigation.
(Team Kira will win if the Investigator was L!)
However, note that this comes at the cost of Kira's Spokesperson always being detained when arrested, since they have Kira's Kingdom Cards even if they don't have IDs.
(Other Investigators won't be able to tell if the player is Kira's Spokesperson or an Investigator with a Kira's Kingdom Card in this scenario.)
*Kira's Spokesperson can steal IDs just like any Kira Follower, but they can't tell who's approaching other Investigators because they don't have Rem.
Kira's Spokesperson makes the game even more thrilling, forcing hesitation to avoid false arrest and cause suspicion over whether an Investigator is Kira's Spokesperson or just holding a Kira’s Kingdom Card!
