We are committed to ensuring a fair and enjoyable gameplay experience for all players. As such, any actions that disrupt fair play, including cheating, the use of unauthorized tools, and other inappropriate behavior, are strictly prohibited.
We will actively investigate such cases based on player feedback and in-game logs.
In accordance with Article 12 of our End User License Agreement (EULA), accounts found engaging in the above violations will receive warnings based on logged data. If no improvement is observed, we may impose penalties including temporary suspensions on the offending accounts.
Additionally, behavior that obstructs fair gameplay like repeatedly disconnecting during active matches or harrassing other players will also be subject to similar actions.
Please note that if a player fails to correct their behavior even after warnings or suspensions, we may enforce a permanent ban on their account.
We will continue to proactively use data logs to monitor and respond to misconduct. If you encounter players engaging in disruptive or unfair behavior, we kindly ask that you report them using the in-game reporting feature.
In-Game Reporting Feature
From the main menu: Press the R2 button or the 4 key to open the Friends Menu. From the relevant tab, select the user you wish to report, click the Report button, and choose the reason for reporting. Players you recently played with can be found under the Recently Played With tab.
From the Room screen: Open the Player List, select the offending user, click the Report button, and choose the reason for reporting.
We are committed to providing a fair and enjoyable playing experience for all users, and to this end we will apply appropriate penalties to players who engage in disruptive or unfair behavior.
