Added the "Casual" difficulty level.

"Casual" is a simplified version of the "Easy" difficulty level that makes campaign mode even more enjoyable, and is recommended for those who are new to the ACE COMBAT series.
Completion progress for "Easy" and "Casual" difficulties will be combined, and the data with the greater amount of progress will be the data that is saved.

Added an option to change the text color of targets.

You can now change the TGT color to green, blue, and yellow.
